In the backend area you can create, delete and edit bookings with all the relevant information. In addition, the next guest arrivals and departures are automatically displayed.
The occupancy calendar can be used as a central calendar and can be automatically compared with any booking portal. The import and export function of iCal files is available for synchronization with other booking portals and calendars. Synchronisation takes place in real time.
By synchronising the calendars and bookings, you save work, avoid double bookings and allow instant bookings.
On the website, the data and listings that are not available are blocked or displayed in a very user-friendly way during the search.
You can choose to accept instant bookings or reservation requests.
For instant bookings, you have the choice between payments by bank transfer or credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
You need a Stripe account to process payments by credit card, which you can easily open here. We chose Stripe because it charges lower fees and is more user-friendly than other providers. Simply enter your API key in the backend and you can offer credit card payments.
Your customer automatically receives booking confirmation.
In the backend area you also have the option of displaying the load on your listings graphically.
You can create as many holiday rental listings as you want and upload an unlimited number of photos for each property. You can choose between holiday home, holiday apartment or room as the type of property.
There are numerous options available for the price information and any number of seasonal prices and future prices can be specified, which are updated automatically. Different prices for adults, children, toddlers or groups of people are possible.
The prices are shown on the website in accordance with applicable EU law.
In addition to the accommodation listings, which are automatically created as a website, you can create as many additional subpages as you want. These pages can be created and edited easily and intuitively in the backend area, without any knowledge of programming.
You can also easily integrate a spam-protected contact form or define a special search results page for your accommodation.
You can change the navigation as you please.
The backend area and system files are currently available in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Russian. We will offer further translations in the future. You can also easily expand and edit the languages. Talk to us if you need another language.
All European currencies plus US dollars are available as currencies.
The date format can also be adjusted according to regional usage.
The website is created with the latest technology, taking into account both search engine optimisation and ease of use.
The responsive design enables problem-free use on different end devices, such as desktop computers, smartphones or tablets.
If already available, you can use your own web space and provider (provided the technical requirements are met) or host your web space and domain through us at a special price (exact costs depend on the domain extension selected).
In any case, you will receive the domain and webspace in your name and there will be no external hosting.
The SSL encryption, which has now become mandatory, is included in the price and makes your website and customer data secure.
